Whilst I actively dislike the standard 500L, I'm merely ambivalent towards this!
I think breaking up the front end does make it look better.

I saw my first 500L the other day. It was almost as bad as seeing my first Murano Cabriolet.

It's more than twice as heavy and over a meter longer than the original Fiat 500... I just can't stand what Mini and Fiat are doing with these iconic names. Marketing, fashion, vanity, trash.
